Use our online calendar to schedule an appointment. If you require an urgent appointment, call our main number or text us in the Spruce app.
Patient Portal (Elation Passport)
Access your patient portal to send non-urgent messages, request refills, view lab results and visit summaries. Messages will be checked once daily.
Secure Texting and Video Calls
Use the Spruce App to send quick or time sensitive requests. Texts are answered between 9am – 4pm. We also use this app for telehealth video visits.
